Raven Display Unit
The Raven Display Unit or RDU was designed for detecting laser emissions and the type of emissions. Similar to the Steel Phoenix, this system used the Raven laser detectors. The main differences between the Steel Phoenix and the RDU was portability.
The RDU provided a more portable system that can be mounted on ground based or aircraft platforms. A custom display allowed the user to detect location and the type of threat. This system uses the PackRat technology along with additional customize electronics to provide the completed system.
This system was tested and later deployed to various locations and mounted on aircraft as well as other mobile equipment.
